MPI Cisco Story

MPI joined the Cisco Business Learning Partner team in 2011

We provide specialist soft skills development in Leadership, Sales and Customer service aimed at Cisco, Distributors and Partners to maximise their performance and profitability.  

We have been involved in a number of key initiatives which include the Distribution Blueprint, The Partner Blueprint as well as Distribution and Partner Leadership and Sales Training on a Global scale.

 

MPi Cisco story has covered the following:

 

  • MPI has been providing consultancy and training support for Cisco for several years and became a Business Learning Partner in 2011.

  • We work closely with other Learning Partners to ensure a blend of technical and soft skills development is available

  • We worked closely with the leadership team in EMEAR to research and then deliver the Cisco Distribution Sales Academy Programme (CDSA)

  • CDSA includes Top Team Alignment Programme, Sales Leadership and Management, Business Outcomes Sales, Relationship and Account Management and Strategic Sales Planning and is delivered where possible in local language

  • Created a Film based Sales programme for Sales Managers to use as part of the embedding process for Distribution in EMEAR

  • Tailor made Train the Trainer CDSDA programmes for Distribution in Africa

  • Research and Recommendation Reports for Distribution as part of the CDSA process

  •  Distribution Channel Manager Programme via WebEx, Face to Face or Tele-presence in EMEAR and APJC

  • Researched and developed the Partner Blueprint Report for EMEAR

  • Distribution Capacity Research completed for World Wide

  • Distribution Capacity Research consultancy for APJC

  • Creation of the IT Workforce Transformation programme currently being discussed in Cisco

  • Design and delivery of the Business Outcomes Selling Programme for Elite and Prestige Partners in EMEAR

  • Supporting Cisco in the delivery of the GROW programme (Greater Return on Workforce Talent) with Partners and Distribution

  • Team Alignment Programme with Head of Distribution and Team EMEAR

  • Facilitation support at RSM conference for Commercial, Distribution Forums in EMEAR

  • The CDSA programme is now being delivered on a global basis to Distribution in EMEAR, APJC, AMERICAS, LATAM

  • The CDSA programme has been changed to meet the needs of Cisco and Distribution since it was originally created and receives exceptional feedback on a consistent basis

  • Sales Programme for Pre Sales Engineers and Road Warriors in APJC

  • Sales Programme Pre Sales Team Comstor

  • Sales Programmes for Partners in EMEAR

  • Working with Cisco and Ingram Micro in America to create a online sales programme for Partners, with a Master Programme to put the online programme information into practice

  • Researched and developed the Distribution Blueprint Report for EMEAR
