Nikki Kaur is a qualified professional in the HR and L&D consultancy field and brings with her experience in strategic L&D business partnering and consulting. As the Head of corporate business development, she has worked closely with various government and private institutions in the region, and helped clients achieve their L&D and corporate objectives. She is passionate about building strong relationships and partnerships and enjoys helping people develop and grow in their careers. Her new role as Gulf Regional Business Development Manager with MPI, will give her the opportunity to develop her entrepreneurial skills and further grow MPI’s proposition and commitment to help clients in the Gulf region.
Nikki Kaur is committed to continuous professional development and is an Associate Member of CIPD, Associate Member of CIM and Member of ILM, UK. She is currently pursuing her Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
She is involved in developing MPI’s international business and leads the growth of MPI in the Gulf region.
