We’ll also discuss which of the issues you’re facing need to be addressed through managers and the wider business. We’ll identify any learning needs and underlying skill gaps, and then deliver our recommended development programme outline to you.

We’ll also show you how we’re able to embed the skills and cultural transformation through our embedding toolkits and field coaching support. Hand-selected coaches with world-class experience and knowledge will deliver the modular programme to your managers. They’ll ensure managers are able to bring their new skills to the workplace and enhance the performance of their teams. Once the programme is delivered, MPI will conduct a PIR and report back on the impact and results post-series completion.
